30 Day Awareness Challenge

1. Journal

Journaling can help to process emotions and goals.  When done consistently it will give you clarity in your journey.

2. Meditation

Meditation, Energy Healing, Hypnotherapy as well as others, are all acceptable forms of meditation.  For this challenge the goal is to heal mentally and emotionally in any way that benefits you.

3. Routine

Systematizing your life may sound like a regimented and unnecessary stress, however that couldn't be further from the truth.  The great thing about this challenge is that you get to start where you are at.


Just like the other rules in this challenge there is no wrong way to do this.  Make it as easy or as challenging as you like.  The goal is growth.  For example, if you struggle to get off your phone when going to bed, your first step might be as simple as having a healthy bedtime.  Maybe you would like to better prioritize family or work.  Again, it's up to you.  The objective is to build a habit that is going to support you in the life you want, a life that you love and a life where you are excited about getting up for every day!

4. No Electronics Morning & Night

By not looking at electronics morning and night you are taking back control of your mind.  

5. Learn about You

Learning about yourself allows you to find your rules and set your standards.  When you know your standards, you begin to know what brings you peace and joy.  You will know how to process a hard day or event.  Knowing if you are a high energy or low energy can help you determine if you are moving at your pace.  

Many times, we are moving and living with rules that we adopted from our parents or whoever raised us.  These aren't necessarily bad rules; however, they may not support the person that WE want to become.

6. Invest in You

When thinking of investments, it might bring to mind business or money.  Why not invest in yourself?  Taking the time to learn a skill or good habit now can tremendously benefit you in the future.  Like any investment, when you start investing now, it can compound over time and be a huge benefit to you down the road.
